Shipping and Return Policy

• We DO NOT provide refunds or returns of any kind. All sales are final. Digital products are non-refundable.

• If you have found that your package is missing or stolen, please file a claim with the US Postal Service. An email confirmation with your USPS tracking number is provided with your order. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.

• Once an order is submitted, the information on the order is final.  The shipping address or name cannot be modified by Join Jaimie. Please ensure all information is entered correctly before submitting an order.

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM MT, Monday-Friday are fulfilled and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM MT Monday-Friday will be shipped the next day (except holidays which will be shipped the next business day).
Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be fulfilled and shipped the following Monday.

• If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible to pay the additional shipping fee to reship your order to the correct address. Zero tolerance for disputed orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS) to the address provided. This type of dispute will be reported as fraudulent activity to the police department and the report will be submitted to your bank’s Investigation & Fraud Department.
